Service Description
Somatic Massage is a deeply calming bodywork experience designed to support the nervous system as well as the muscles. This slower, more intentional massage helps the body shift out of stress and into a state of deep relaxation. Through grounding techniques, mindful touch, and nervous system–informed pacing, this treatment encourages the body to release stored tension and restore balance. Clients often leave feeling not only physically relaxed but also mentally clear and emotionally lighter.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Re-Bookings A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you are re-scheduling or cancelling your treatment. For all treatments within 24 hours notice of cancellation or re-scheduling, a 50% charge will apply. Full charges apply if there is non attendance without notice.
