What is Reiki...
A Japanese Spiritual, Energy Healing Technique used to balance the bodies energy centers and promote wellness within the mind, body & spirit, increasing our life force energy.
Level 2 is the beginning of your advanced Practitioner training!
BENEFITS OF REIKI
REDUCES
STRESS
Reiki creates a sense of calm & relaxation in the body allowing it to reduce stress and anxiety. This helps with nervous system regulation & release; helping us to step into becoming more powerful within ourselves to face stressful situations.
BALANCES THE CHAKRAS
Reiki works on the Aura of our body and into the chakra system. The chakra system is connected to different organs in the body and helps to nourish, balance and energize these. Reiki can be used alongside medical treatments.
RAISES YOUR ENERGETIC VIBRATION
Reiki works on the energetic field of the person and helps to raise your vibration, allowing us to move out of lower energies and into a higher energy. This allows us to move from a negative state into a more positive state as it lifts the spirits.

FAQ'S
01
How long will the course take to complete?
Depending on how much time you spend on the content, you could complete this in a day or over the course of a few weeks to really grasp the concept. The most important thing to remember is that Reiki is a journey and not a sprint. It will take you time to perfect and advance your skills with this modality. That being said, you may already be a healer and it may come very naturally to you as it did for me. Practicing your new skill and gaining confidence in your intuition is vitally important to progress with Reiki.
03
How long does the Reiki Distant Attunement Ceremony Take?
Your Reiki Attunement Ceremony takes between 20 - 30 minutes and you will be attuned to the Level you have requested and are studying.
05
What do I do after my Reiki Level 1 Attunement?
After you have been attuned to Reiki. I encourage all of my students to complete the '21-Day Self Healing Online Cleansing Program' that is included in your Reiki Level 1 Training. This allows the mind, Body & Spirit to begin detoxing. This program includes useful hints & tips on enhancing your experience during your self Reiki Treatments, information on Chakras and what to expect during this cleansing cycle. This program can be done as many times as you like, especially if you have encountered a period of toxic energy/life style surrounding you. You can find it Here: '21-Day Self Healing Online Cleansing Program'
02

I have recently completed two workshops with Katrina. Katrina is a very kind, knowledgeable, supportive teacher. I am so glad she has opened up the world of Reiki to me. I now perform Reiki on myself every night and find it definately instills a sense of calm to my mind and body. A huge Thank you to Katrina for sharing her knowledge with me.
