I am an experienced Reiki Master Healer & trainer, and use the Usui System of Reiki founded by Dr Mikao Usui and have been Energy Healing for over 14 years.​

About Reiki...
Reiki is a Japanese Spiritual, Energy Healing Technique used to balance the bodies energy centres and promote wellness within the mind, body & spirit, increasing our life force energy.

This technique is natural, safe and anyone and everything can benefit from Reiki.
Reiki is amazingly simple to learn, it is not taught in the usual sense, it is transferred through an 'attunement' process that is given by the Reiki Master to the student and is permanent, this allows the student to tap into the unlimited supply of 'life force energy' allowing them to improve not only their own life but those they choose to treat as well.
While Reiki is spiritual, it is not a religion and anyone can learn and be 'attuned' to this beautiful technique.

How does Reiki Heal?​
Reiki heals by universal energy flowing through the affected parts of the energy field (aura), chakra and meridians, charging them with positive energy. The Reiki (energy) raises the person's VIBRATION and healing occurs on all levels. One can quickly shift negative attitudes, hostility towards others, and pain both emotionally and physically.

Deeply healing & relaxing, a Reiki Therapy Session will have it's own effect on each person differently, depending on the healing they need at that particular time in their life. Many people will need more than one session to release and let go and many people come in for a treatment as a pick me up when they are not quite feeling their best. Reiki serves everyone and everyone benefits from Reiki. This is a truly magical experience.

Extremely beneficial for children at all stages of their life. Whether they are unwell with colds and flus, experienced trauma or need a pick-me-up from any kind of sadmess or emotional upset, Reiki will be such a great experience for them.
Children are very open to receiving Reiki, crystal and any other form of energy healing as they are still very young to the world and are care-free. Therefore, children don't need as long with their healing session whether distance Reiki or in person.
Distance Reiki works extremely well for children that have difficulty sitting still, are anxious or too unwell to receive an in person session.
They are free to continue to go about whatever they are doing without being disruptive. They do not need to sit still or do a certain thing to receive distance Reiki, they are just open and receptive doing what they do.
