Reiki is a Japanese Spiritual, Energy Healing Technique used to balance the bodies energy centres and promote wellness within the mind, body & spirit, increasing our life force energy.
This technique is natural, safe and anyone and everything can benefit from Reiki.
Reiki is amazingly simple to learn, it is not taught in the usual sense, it is transferred through an 'attunement' process that is given by the Reiki Master to the student and is permanent, this allows the student to tap into the unlimited supply of 'life force energy' allowing them to improve not only their own life but those they choose to treat as well.
While Reiki is spiritual, it is not a religion and anyone can learn and be 'attuned' to this beautiful technique.

Reiki creates a sense of calm & relaxation in the body allowing it to reduce stress and anxiety. This helps with nervous system regulation & release; helping us to step into becoming more powerful within ourselves to face stressful situations.

Reiki works on the Aura of our body and into the chakra system. The chakra system is connected to different organs in the body and helps to nourish, balance and energize these. Reiki can be used alongside medical treatments.

How does Reiki Heal?​
​Reiki heals by universal energy flowing through the affected parts of the energy field (aura), chakra and meridians, charging them with positive energy. The Reiki (energy) raises the person's VIBRATION and healing occurs on all levels. One can quickly shift negative attitudes, hostility towards others, and pain both emotionally and physically.

Reiki can be used to treat physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dis-ease. Many people have reported a complete recovery or major reduction from pain whether that be on a physical or metaphysical level.

How long will the course take to complete?
Depending on how much time you spend on the content, you could complete this in a day or over the course of a few weeks to really grasp the concept. The most important thing to remember is that Reiki is a journey and not a sprint. It will take you time to perfect and advance your skills with this modality. That being said, you may already be a healer and it may come very naturally to you as it did for me. Practicing your new skill and gaining confidence in your intuition is vitally important to progress with Reiki.

How long does the Reiki Distant Attunement Ceremony Take?
Your Reiki Attunement Ceremony takes between 20 - 30 minutes and you will be attuned to the Level you have requested and are studying.

What do I do after my Reiki Level 1 Attunement?
After you have been attuned to Reiki. I encourage all of my students to complete the '21-Day Self Healing Online Cleansing Program' that is included in your Reiki Level 1 Training. This allows the mind, Body & Spirit to begin detoxing. This program includes useful hints & tips on enhancing your experience during your self Reiki Treatments, information on Chakras and what to expect during this cleansing cycle. This program can be done as many times as you like, especially if you have encountered a period of toxic energy/life style surrounding you. When will I receive my Reiki & Lineage Certificate?
Once you have worked your way through the course, have received your Distant Attunement, completed your Online Quizz and Feedback/Testimonial, you will be awarded your Reiki Level 1 Practitioner Certificate.
You should receive your certificate within a few days of completing your quiz. If you don't receive your certificates within 1 week of completing your quizz, please email Katrina @ sanvelopwellness@gmail.com
