About Reiki... Reiki is a Japanese Spiritual, Energy Healing Technique used to balance the bodies energy centres and promote wellness within the mind, body & spirit, increasing our life force energy.  This technique is natural, safe and anyone and everything can benefit from Reiki. Reiki is amazingly simple to learn, it is not taught in the usual sense, it is transferred through an 'attunement' process that is given by the Reiki Master to the student and is permanent, this allows the student to tap into the unlimited supply of 'life force energy' allowing them to improve not only their own life but those they choose to treat as well.  While Reiki is spiritual, it is not a religion and anyone can learn and be 'attuned' to this beautiful technique.
